Once the tenant books your property and you accept, we will then apply our commission fees on the tenant.
1Click Stays allows you to publish many different types of properties to the online property portal:
Studio - This property type is rented as an entire unit however does not have a separate bedroom. In most cases, the bedroom and the living area are in the same space.
Flat / Apartment - This property type is rented as an entire unit and the bedroom is separate from the main living area.
House - This property type is rented as an entire unit and the bedroom is separate from the main living area.
Villa - This property type is rented as an entire unit and the bedroom is separate from the main living area.
1Click Stays are pleased to offer Landlords the following guarantee at no additional cost.
The guarantee covers the Landlord against the following:
Damages - In the event that the Tenant causes damages to the property in excess of the deposit amount, 1Click Stays will cover the Landlord for up to €50,000.
Early Exit - In the event that the Tenant leaves the property before the original departure date without the Landlord’s consent and without paying the outstanding amount, 1Click Stays will have 30 days to find a new Tenant.
If 1Click Stays is unable to find a new Tenant, we will cover up to 30 days rent if the deposit is insufficient to cover this.
It is not necessary to show the property to the tenant before the move-in date, as the tenant has already viewed the property online.
They will have viewed the photos, video tour and floor plan as well as been made aware of the features within the property. However if you wish to allow an in-person viewing before check-in, then please arrange this directly with the tenant.
