Your property visit is completely online, so you can revisit it as many times as you like. It’s just like being there.
When you make a reservation, that property is blocked for up to 24 hours. Once your reservation is approved, your payment method will automatically be charged. This is why we take your payment details at this stage.
Payment: As an extra security step, your payment is made through our secure platform. We will transfer this money to the landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

As soon as your reservation is accepted, your payment method will automatically be charged. After your payment has been charged, you can arrange the move-in time, key collection, and transfer any documentation that is requested.

And that’s it; the home is yours! The landlord will now be your main point of contact, but 1Click Stays will still be here in case you have any issues.

No, but the beauty of booking with us is that you don’t have to. Our agents do it for you, leaving you more time to plan, pack, or just relax.
You can cancel your booking at any time. Here’s how it works:
If you want to cancel your booking for any reason, 1Click Stays will refund your money in full.
You’ll pay your reservation price. This money will stay safe until after you move in.
The only other thing for you to do is relax – you’re on the move!
You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay.
If the property is different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in. We will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full in the next 24h.
We don’t arrange in-person viewings as our properties already have virtual viewings and video tours so you can check out thousands of properties remotely, saving you time and money!
However we’re pleased to say that our guarantee covers all our properties so you can book with peace of mind.

If you or the landlord cancels at the last minute, we will relocate you and help with your hotel costs if needed or refund your money in full; it's all up to you.
